By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) have agreed to the following:♠ Client should make NO PAYMENTS before the artist accepts their request (any payments done before approval will NOT be refunded)♠ The client MUST pay 50% of the original price upfront BEFORE the artist begins their request. (This 50% fee is NOT refundable) The artist will ask for the remaining 50% once the request is complete♠ If the client cancels their request BEFORE the artist starts working on it, they will be refunded their 50% fee♠ The artist reserves the right to reject any commission request with or without reasoning.♠The artist reserves the right to post the client's finished commission on social media once the client has received it♠ The client gets 3 sketch revisions before the artist completes the request (additional fees may apply for changes after the commission is complete)♠ The client should present a clear visual, safe for work reference(s) for their request. If the client doesn’t have such reference(s), a clear description of the request should be enough (do NOT provide links)♠ Payments are done through PayPal only.♠ All dealings/communications are done through Email NOT social media♠ Depending on the commission type, the artist might take up to a month to complete the client's request. If the artist goes beyond that time frame, the client is eligible for a refund. (NOTE: This time frame only applies to requests in the WIP phase)
