By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) have agreed to the following:♠ Commission approval first, payment after (NO refunds if payment is made before approval).♠ After approval, a 50% upfront fee of the commission's original price is required before starting the commission (this 50% is NOT refundable). The remaining 50% will be requested once the commission is complete.♠ The artist has the right to reject/deny commission requests with or without reasoning♠ NSFW/Suggestive requests, Fetishes, political/religious requests, heavy gore and extreme details are automatically DENIED. (Please DO NOT provide these as references either)♠ All commissioned work will be shared on the artist's social accounts - clients have the option of being credited or remain anonymous.♠ Please provide clear, safe for work, visual references & description - DO NOT provide links.♠ There is a limit of 5 sketch revisions before the sketch is finalized (client can finalize the sketch before reaching the limit).♠ All dealings/communications will be done through Email ONLY.♠ If the artist is incapable of completing client's commission, the client WILL be refunded their 50% upfront fee.
